Eastern Illinois Foodbank kicks off the Food ofr Families 2004 drive Friday, October 29. Any nonperishable foods, paper goods and personal items like soap or shampoo will be accepted. You may drop donations off in the vestibule of Ward & Associates, Realtors at 8 E. Main St. , Champaign or participating stores, schools or the foodbank at 2405 North Shore Dr., U. You may also donate via a virtual food drive at www.eifood-bank.org by using a credit card and indicating the amount you wish to donate. You can even select the foods you wish your donation to purchase.
